I am heading to my first eggfest this year. I am going to cook, but I don't really know what to expect. How much food should I make? How many grills do people generally bring? Does anyone have any tips or advice for me? I am hoping to start competing in bbq comps this year, so any and all advice is greatly appreciated!!
