Thank you to everyone who helped out on the lasanya (how do you spell that anyway? !).

It was awesome! Thanks to Little Steven, Fido, Bente and Carwash guy.

The temperature of the grill came down to 350 after about 20 minutes. I took the foil off and let the cheese get browned up. It was done faste so mom was still here getting ready to go out.

Mom was still here so she was cool enough to try it. It isn't fun that she goes out on her birthday every year but she has to have her fun. I'm cool with it. At least this year we had some together! She said it was pretty good. It should be, its her recipe! And she got me the Big Green Egg

HEre is a picture of the queen and her dinner. She always says something to drive me nuts this time it was I should use more bacon. IT WAS HER RECIPE! duh?

She is cool.
Just kidding.
Thank you again everyone. I hope the picture shows up!

Dave, you can post the pic directly, without having to link to it...

But since I use Flickr, not photobucket, I'll leave it to others to tell you how. There's a very helpful post around here somewhere that explains everything. In a nutshell, once you have the image address, just click the img box (in green at the top of the post you're writing), then paste in the image address, then click img again.

I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

  • Beauty. Thank you.

I am going to slow down a little and try to search the forum for answers. I found the search feature. I have alot of questions.

    Sorry everyone.
    Dave M.

I am going to try to see if I can keep the grill at different temperatures but it is pretty easy so far. It is still going so I will practice that first before I cook anything else.
