Rockytop Chicken

Had this and other varieties at several restaurants so thought we'd give it a try. Opened a gift bottle of La Terre Chardonnay 2008 to go with the meal. Not a big wine drinker but it was good.

The raws:

Grilled the chicken and put some sauce on:

Fried some bacon and sauteed the onions and tomatoes in the skillet before constructing the rockytop and added the cheese:
