shoot am I to late? sorry this was in my spam folder and I just got home and found it :( maybe start with a block of cream cheese and cut the rest of the ingredients back and taste as you go. you don't want to over power the lobster. i am not a fan of the imitation crab meat. but a lot of people do like it. just keep it creamy and it does thin out when you heat it too :) enjoy and have a wonderful Christmas!
