Santa brought me a mini!

Santa brought me a mini-and said that I couldn't use it until Christmas day! So after cooking something on the large (port tenderloin), I'll haul vittles and the mini over the river and through the woods to Grandma's house. I'm thinking I'll make some appetizers or a mini pizza or two on Christmas day! I think a small is a more practical compliment to a large, but "Santa" thought this would be fun to take camping. I've also got a minikimwoo on the way-pizza stones came the other day.

I'm sure a small would be great as well, but I love my mini -we've tranported it several times while the large sits sadly, wishing it could come along ...:-) pizza is one of my favorite/fun things to do on the mini; glad you got the stones!

Get that mini dirty. It is only happy with a half burned handle and the gasket about gone and then the little fellow is in its glory. It will work for you because you loved it enough to use. It may not be pretty but boy can he cook.

Thanks! Mini's first job will be smoking some cheese for some last second gifts! I'll be running by Costco to pick up the materials for cheese today and pizzas on Christmas day.
