Man alive, pork shoulder with jj's rub at 250 until polder showed 170, fantasticalistic!!! No scraps!

    Huck,[p]Yeppers, tough to beat good pulled pork. However, a good Brisket will beat it hands down any day in my never to be humble opinion. I like beef Q better than pork Q, seems to have more flavor in the meat. Give a brisket a try if you haven't tried it yet. I've heard that Nature Boys brisket from E2K was pretty good but then again he eggs baitfish so I'm not too sure about it. Good luck.[p]Troy
