I'm eating some leftover brisket gumbo. Been in the freezer for a couple of months and STILL damn tasty. Used the burnt ends along with some sausage, ocra, corn bread crumbs and whatever else I could find.

I plan on having left over Tri-Tip chopped up and cheesy on a hoagie bun! yum yum :P

I had a couple of Kountry Boy's Sausage from Brenham, TX that I put on the small.
Now, I've got baked potatoes on the small and chicken pieces on the large. -
I had goat for lunch.
