If anyone out there subscribes to the Dayton Daily News (or the Springfield, Hamilton, or Middletown papers), look for my photo of spatchcocked chicken, cooked on a BGE. It illustrates an article that has nothing to do with BGEs--but if you look very closely, you can tell the chicken's on an Egg. (No weblink, as the story won't appear online.) I'm far, far away, so I won't see it at all.

    Celeste, I live in the Dayton area and I read the article this morning! Your spatchocked chicken photo looks so professional. So unlike what I submit on the forum. I immediately noticed it was on a grill, but did not ascertain that it was on an Egg! I briefly checked out your website.....quite nice!
