How long for 19# Spatchcock Turkey??

How long will it take to cook a 19# spatchcock turkey?
I do not have everything I need to do the mad max turkey correctly and I need to do something that takes a little less work that I can pretty much just throw in the egg.
I will definitely be trying the mad max method soon just not this time. So please resist all urges to send me the link to the mad max section on the naked whiz web site, it will only make me sad that I am having to settle on a spatchcock. :(
That being said, can't wait to try my first spatchcock! :woohoo:
So how long for 19# in an XL??
I was planning on doing raised direct at 350 dome until 165. Unless indirect would be better? Have done a few chickens raised direct and they have been great.
Thanks for the help and Happy Thanksgiving!

Don't be sad - you will really like it.
Raised grid 400 dome is what I do.
I normally do smaller turkeys but I wouldn't think much more than 2 hours, if that.
I would still ice down the breast so the breast and thighs finish relatively close together. breast 165, thighs 185.
Neaux smokin wood or very little fruit wood. -
Thanks for the info Frank
