Here's some goodies I cooked up on Saturday for my bride and me. I did a fattie with Portobellos, peppers,onion, garlic, and Mexican cheese mix. Also did quesadeas (thanks to frank from Houma) with scrambled eggs, peppers, and Mexican cheese mix. Here's pics:
