Based on the rave reviews everyone has given hanger steaks, I decided to pick one up from RD and cook it up for dinner. Having just received the FireWire skewers in the mail from Woot, I figured I'd do it up a bit.
SO here's tonight's cook. Shrimp dusted with Tsunami Spin, veggies in a simple marinade, and the steaks trimmed up and coated with Cow Lick.
I pulled the steaks at 125 and while most were a perfect medium rare, as you can see some pieces came off pretty darn rare. That ain't a problem with me though, they were delicious!
