Drunk 'n Dirty Eye o' Round

Thanks to all who suggested the drunk and dirty recipe for my eye of round. I used tamari instead of soy in the marinade - marinated the roasts for about 12 hours, seared the bejeezus out of them and then cooked indirect at approx 350 until 130 internal. Chilled them in the fridge and then sliced thinly using (manual, not electric) slicer - a 2 man job. The beef was OUTSTANDING. I would definitely recommend it. 6 lbs of it gobbled up by folks in a hurry. Wish I had pictures.
