Grilled up some seafood tonight for another great meal. Coated the fish w/evoo and rubbed w/Coach's & Lemon Pepper. Threw one BA Tater on, some asparagus and picked up a few shrimp as well. Man this stuff is too good. Oh and the crescent rolls were tasty and did well.

Excellent lookin cook. What was your timing to get the shrimp and baked potato and rolls to come out at the same time? Wish I could do that.
-
Thanks Eggsakley. Just luck with the timing. The tater was on for the entire cook. The shrimp and rolls were put on about the same time toward the end of the cook.

Great looking cook and not to bad for you as well! How long did you cook the Mahi or better question how did you know it was done. I did some a bit back and was not that impressed as I dryed it out it seemed or is it a dry fish to start with?
-
Oh man that fish is looking delicious! We are on a quest to try and eat more fish and the egg makes it so easy and fun to experiment! Great cook.

Pretty! Did you cook the fish after you got the shrimp and vegetables finished? Did you cook the fish on the top of the rig?

Thanks Brad
-
Thanks TB but that's going a little too far. It was tasty.
-
Thanks JL. I probably overcooked it for most people's liking but it was about 400 raised for maybe 15 min then foiled for about 10 mins while the rolls cooked. It was very moist.
-
Thanks Joel we are trying for once a week for some fish as well.
-
Thanks Greg. I cooked the fish first then foiled. Yes it was on top of the rig. Probably could have cooked it last but it worked.
