Spatchcock and Bellas

Did a spatchcock chicken with dizzy dust. Also cooked some bellas and put cannoli bean raosted red pepper topping on them...yum...good! Sorry no pic. Tried roasting garlic in evoo at the same time. I burned it a little. Will do indirect next time on the garlic. Chicken and bellas were great..no plated pic.
