Tonight cedar planked salmon and acorn squash, Saturday is Rib steaks and grilled salad and then on Sunday my first "slow" cook on the egg Baby Back Ribs. We are enjoying the Egg.

    I'm doing a pork tederloin stuffed with poblano peppers, grilled onins, crimini mshrooms and chedder jack. Then it's trick or treatin' with the little ones

    I have three pizzas to cook tonight (waiting for the egg to heat the stone up now). On Sunday, I'm cooking a 4 rib prime rib. Never done one before on the egg and looking forward to it. Hope everyone has a nice scary weekend.

    Tonight, pizza then using the residual heat to bake some bread (the new Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day master recipe).

    Tomorrow, trying Mad Max turkey for the first time.

  • Just got home from Halloween party with about 50 kids, I don't have kids. Watching a Celts beat down, rooting for a Farve and Yankee beating. Fake Thanksgiving Sunday for 12. Wish me luck all around.

  • Brisket on now, Ham for Sunday dinner with a big Pan of Mac-n-cheese. Baking pumpkins tomorrow after the brisket for pies.
