tonight i cooked sweet potatoes - then cut into halves and coated with a liberal sprinkle of "pineapple head " & butter - then back on the small until butter melted
results - very nice taste - with a bit of slow gathering heat
what other things have you guys done with this spice

Cut some bananers in half the long way with the peal on and season. Temps from 300-450 seem to all work and cook till they just start to soften and the rub has glazed nicely. Serve over nila ice cream and watch'em do backflips.

Hey Mr. Toad, I cube butternut squash and cook it on the egg on a foil lined pizza pan. I drizzle evoo and nutmeg and s&p and DP's pineapple head rub. very good but, very hard to cut up the squash. Tim
