Got up early and cooked a fattie. It was basically some veggies, swiss cheese, and Byrons Butt Rub. I cooked it at 400 indirect to an internal of 160. Theoutside had anice crisp to it and the fattie with eggs and a bloody mary was too good.

What I really like about the fattie is that so much fat drains away and whatever you stuff it with adds so much flavor. It's a huge hit with the bride. :woohoo:
