It’s good to be back home from the long summer trip. The back yard smells like pork, friend are coming over this afternoon and the shoulders have reach the plateau. I put 28 lbs. of pork shoulders on a 11 pm last night. I should have them resting by 2-3 pm, Can’t wait!
