Late start so maybe be a midnight snack. Load of country style ribs on the small. Indirect 350* dome, may sauce and finish off direct. Persimmon and hickory for smoking wood. Mike

Sauced and almost done. I haven't done country ribs for breakfast before but looking better the later is gets. :laugh:
As to why I started so late, not planned but sometimes sheet happens.
