Stuffed Peppers & Apples :)

Mixed up a meatloaf recipe and stuffed the peppers. 400 for about 45 minutes then added the sauce for a few minutes.


Stuffed some fuji apples with the following "raws". Nice dessert, saw it several days ago here and thought we'd try it out.

thanks Dr.Z, they were great and easy. basically a little of all the ingredints and hollow the apple out. bout 400 for 25-30min's. better probably w/ ice cream but these were dang good.
