I have the same question with wings. I made a trial run on wings last week following suggestions from the forum and they were the best I've ever had. I will need to do them the night before and take them to work the next morning and then re-heat I guess. Has anyone done this or are they still great the next day? Thanks!

    Tanya,
I did some crispy wings (from a previous post) on Saturday afternoon for a Sunday School party that night. I sauced them with a mixture of 1/2 cup Sonny's BBQ sauce heated with 1/4 cup grape jelly stirred together until the jelly was disolved ... then added about 2 Tbsp Maker's Mark bourbon. I took them to the party hot but by the time they were served, they were at room temp. I managed to get one before the vultures descended on them. There were two other plates of wings at the party but only mine were gone at the end of the evening. Everyone wanted to know my "secret" but, being Baptist and all, I couldn't tell them everything. After all, Baptists don't take alcohol (at least not in front of each other).[p]Anyway, the wings were great cold. Go ahead and take them.
