Guru/CyberQ Temp Control

Okay....I'm close to pulling the trigger on a temp control devise, but have a few questions.

I've read a lot of posts here on the forum and from what I gather, the Stoker is a nice unit but may have some support issues. I also can't seem to figure out how to even order the darn thing from their site (seems to be down).

In any event, I'm pretty set on the CyberQ II....but am not really sure how to select a fan?? Does it really matter? I have a large BGE.

I have a large and use the 10cfm fan...i also have the adapter for the small and use the 10CFM fan there as well but I just dial the damper back...my vote is for the 10cfm.

From what I have heard, most people get the 10 cmf viper fan.

Okay, great....thanks for the quick responses. I've only got one egg at the moment, but hope to get a small at some point for versatility and tailgating.

You will have to buy the adapter for the small seperate or maybe some nice Egger will offer to give you their like happened to me...Thanks Fiero Guy (Mike)....and it was the first time I had ever met him.... :P :silly:

According to Guru what you need is the 10cfm fan

I have the CyberQ II and I use the large adapter with the pit viper 10 cfm. You may or may not want longer probe cables or extra ones or the 12volt power supply ect...TIm
