Came out very well. 4 steaks....6.2 lbs. of meat
Left them out for an hour and then hot tubbed them for an hour. Seared them for 1.5 min. each side, removed and dropped Egg temp to 400,put some rub on them then roasted until internal was 125

sorry to be a dope. What's hot tubbing?
The reason I love rib eye's is the reason I try and got a little more to medium. Like to liquify and heat up the fat. The Ruth Chris guys got me to eat one a little more done than my normal med-rare and it worked. Yours looks fantastic.
