I am cooking pulled pork next week for my nieces baby shower. I have cooked 2-8 pounders many times in the past but am going to try and get 3 in my medium. Anyone have any tips or personal experience? I also assume lump may be a problem finishing but will transfer to the oven at the end if necessary.

I've done 5. 3 on main grid and put a weber grid on top of them and added the rest. Just fill that med to the top of the fire ring. You wont run out. Trust the egg! :) Good luck.
