Chicken, ribs, potato bombs and stuffed mushrooms

The eggs are in a hi heat clean mode out on the deck after a long weekend of hard work.
Dinner consisted of these ribs that were rubbed with Bayou DIRT and smothered with Big'un's Carnivore Robust BBQ sauce thatnks to my buddy MikeB.




My perky little beer butt chicken was stuffed with lemon and rubbed down with Dizzy Pig Shaking the Tree.




I had two different types of stuffed mushrooms vegetable and crab.


I stuffed the potato bombs 4 different ways, garlic, salsa, cheese and an olived stuffed with jelapeno and they were rolled with poppy seeds and sesame seeds.


I was about 6 hrs working on tonights dinner and all turned out really good.



I was disappointed my wife purchased a pumkin pie and i wanted to make a cheese cake. Well I guess there is next weekend.
Time for a rest.

You are right maxim the taders were really good. They are mashed potatoes rolled into balls and stuffed with whatever your heart desires. I cooked on a cedar plank.
