thanks mang, I am indeed getting some good bang for the buck, in fact, tell me this isn't a great twist - the wife & I are hang'n in the hut whilst I am f'n around with the egg & she says to me, it's a little cold out here, why don't you go get one of those BGE Chimenea's? I was like :ohmy: , ok, ran into the house to call my dealer only to find out they closed at 2pm (& it was 2:30...), but a green light is a green light right, the family is about to grow by one round green thing in the hut real soon

Awesome cook Zip! Great looking pics. I'm ready for fall as its my fav season. It's suppose to cool off here this week and I'm already excited. Nothing like firing up the egg on a nice cool evening.

You got that right, fall is my favorite too, & with the not too hot summer we've had, the real cool autumn air has already rolled in here, leaves are falling, pretty soon the leaf fires & other bonfires will start to make everything smell great, happy happy time buddy

I wouldn't recommend putting it on the deck,I'm just totally unstable,and live on the edge I always watch it when it's burning though,and I have a fire extinguisher and hose handy at all times ;)It's a great way to keep warm mang!!! :woohoo:

its on there buddy, if you whip the ricotta long enough it gets pretty light & airy, very tasty
