<p />I just pealed back the tin foil enougn to get started pulling this ham apart, so it looks small but was actually 20 lb before cooking and one hugh pile after. Just wanted to show you what it looked like I guess. It cooked at around 250 for 12 hrs all except for twice when it fell below 200 for a few minutes. Since it was not close to being at 200 internal , I put it in oven for about 6 hrs at 225. I'm just getting into this BGE'in stuff, now I can't wait to get ahold of me a briskett with this lo n slo stuff I'm a learning.
