Anybody ever done a crab on the BGE

Yep. These were already boiled in crab boil. Pulled off the lid, removed the mouth and lungs, then seasoned heavily with garlic butter and Tony Chacheres. Heavy on the garlic and seasoning.

Not the king but these snowcrab were done on the egg wrapped in foil with butter and lemon juice

Didn't smokem, grilled these. Should have gone indirect. Ran them through an egg wash and seasoned flour. Then on to the grill direct and put some grated parm on them





Getting outa control


Served over some pasta with more parm and lump crabmeat


They were just alright - will geaux indirect next time.
