Buffalo Meat Loaf

Took Andria's Meatloaf and substituted 1 lb. of ground buffalo for the ground chuck, although did use 1/2 lb. of cheap ground beef for the fat, and 1/2 lb. of Jimmy Dean Sage Sausage for the ground pork.
Other than that followed the recipe to the letter. GOOD STUFF.
