Central Illinois "Get Your Grill On"

The Washington Illinois Park District is holding a grill off September 5th at Summer Meltdown. It starts at noon and entry's must be received by 4:00 p.m. There are 3 catagories to compete in and a $100.00 cash to the winner. In addition to the $100.00 Lindy's Downtown Market will add an additional $50.00 if the winning entry is cooked on a BGE!!! The three catagories are appetizer, entree, and dessert. I can email the entry form to anyone interested!!!
