hamburgers tonight

going to do burgers tonight. I am going to mix some grated cheddar along with worcester and a dash of evoo and some montreal steak spice. Planning on doing indirect because I am also going to stuff mushrooms with la bomba. Would you guys pull burgers at 150-155 ish?

I just made some burgers tonight and was wondering the same thing. I recently bought a thermapen and was looking at the temp recommendations in the BGE book. If I waited until the burger got to above 170 for medium well it would have been burnt to a char. I pulled mine before around 155 at they were good.
