Went to Costco today and grabbed some massive t-bones, TRex'd just one of them and wife and I split it and a pound of big tiger shrimp.
Split a giant yam we baked for 45 mins, unwrapped with EVOO and salt, throw in some grilled asparagus and dinner is served!
Everyone have a STELLAR weekend.

WOW, your not kidding about the monster T-Bones! What a great looking meal. Doing shrimp myself tonight, hope ours taste as good as yours look.

thanks! Forgot to add how we did the shrimp-- sprinkled DP Raging River, salt and pepper, and drizzled EVOO. Grilled approx 3mins/side - delish with hot sauce on the side!
