Need to hold my Ribs overnight

I am cooking up a few racks tomorrow for a weekend trip to the lake. Our friends do have a grill at the lake-house but no BGE (I'll work on that!). What is the best way to hold ribs overnight? Do I smoke them but wait to finish them on the grill, or do I finish them on the egg and simply re-heat...suggestions? TIA!
