My kitchen is being redone, so I threw some stuff in an a throw away pan and egged.
A few tater tots
A few little smokies- cooked til almost done.
Added a couple of eggs, stirred with cooked collard greens and white American cheese. Til eggs are set and cheese is melted.
Cooked a pork butt last night, so I still had some hickory in the firebox. It worked well with the greens.
