Redneck BBQ Sushi

If anyone is looking for a great way to use pulled pork as an appetizer give this a try.

I started with Pulled pork,Coleslaw, cheep white bread, and Carolina Gold BBQ sauce.

I cut the crust off of the white bread and flatened it with a rolling pin. The bread was used like the rice and Nori.

These were realy good. They were like a little BBQ meal in every bite. B)

Rolling did take some practice. I needed to use some of the sauce to stick them shut.

I am tying to get good pics out of my phone, but it is not working so well. Sorry for the poor pics.
