Thanks to those who responded to my earlier post regarding the party and proper amounts of pork to cook. Ended up with 40 people, and cooked 4 Butts - 32lbs. two on each level with a raised grill. That puppy was full!!! Twenty hours of cooking and a huge success! This was a new taste experience for these folks, and a definite learning experience for me. Now I say "Bring on anything!" I'm ready.
