boneless beef short ribs

I just got a 3 lb package of boneless beef short ribs, and was looking for some ideas.

I treat them the same as pork spares.

The biggest mistake I made with the was that I over cooked them the first time. The result was so bad it took me another 18 months before I tried them a second time.

I egged them again and WOW, fantastic. I have done them several times since.

As Little Steven said, same way you do pork ribs and I will stress don't overcook them.

I cook beef ribs a lot but what has gotten my attention to your post would be how do you get a boneless beef rib?Grandpas Grub has the killer shot of those ribs.But they do have bones in them.
