See the pizza post--you are sooo right. Roasting the tomatoes and making the sauce is fantastic. I added mint from my garden to your suggestions....

    Hey, glad to hear you got your pizza down! Am going to your pizza post next. Last week, I used almost all of my tomatoes from the garden and made 4 jars of pizza sauce for Atlanta. Ur right, does make a difference!
