Started off with BB ribs. Smoked 2 slabs for leftovers. When the ribs were finished bumped the egg up to 350. Next abt, stuffed mushrooms, zucchini/squash, and ground chuck. Eggers post earlier this week with their hamburger cooks made me want one.

Made some fried rice and bi-colored corn

The burger came out perfect. I ate everything except for the ribs. :lol: I was surprised how good the stuffed mushrooms and zuch/squash came out.
