I just recieved my order from the Ceramic Grill Store. :woohoo: I agree with the top knotch reviews of Tom and his products. I ordered the Adj rig and spider combo with the stainless grid, 2 18" drip pans 2 16" drip pans, some extra cross bars and a wok. Sounds like some of my garlic, butter and beer stir fry shrimp are on the menu soon. :woohoo: Thanks Tom

You can't count that high as to what you can do with that style of cooking.Please do not go out and buy any of those funky cardboard containers to put your food into because you will be black balled on the forum.In a laymen s term.Off the Egg and into the tummy and savor all of your new treats.

Ha! My wife and I were just talking about you today. We are vacationing in Perdido Key and I was complaining that I miss cooking and I miss my Egg. I told her that I should run over to your place and ask to cook on your Egg. Now I really wish I had:)

Had dinner at the Oyster Bar tonight. It was good, but I'm sure I could have had much better at your place for half the $$$ if I'd bought the groceries:)

Sorry about all the weather this week. We were out at the beach eating dinner at the Crab Shack this afternoon when all that came through. The Mahi Mahi was great. I did a lot of cooking this weekend and we are still eating left overs. :laugh: It looks like the after noon thunder storms are likely all week. :ohmy:

For the large but I did get a couple of 18" drip pans for the XL. I will get out one day this week and play with things and see if the Adj rig is practical on the XL, it might be a little to tall, idunno. I will eventually get a flip ring but may wait to see wait to see which replacement fire box and fire ring I get. :ermm:
