4 1/2 lb flat has been on XL indirect for 3hrs.Internal temp is 147. Dome temp is hoovering around 250. I am thinking I will foil at 165 and add some broth. I am not sure what temp to take it to before I pull. Thinking 180-185? Any ideas and estimated time this will take.
