So I want to costco and saw a pretty nice looking 5.04lb flat brisket.
Ive never cooked one so I decided to go for it.
I plan on cooking it like the dizzy pig site suggest since I have some cow lick rub and I love the stuff.
My question is for that size brisket how long should it take to cook?
Im trying to figure out when I should put it on.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks

There is a lot of good info at
http://playingwithfireandsmoke.blogspot.com/1996/03/brisket.html
I find it usually takes 1.5 to 2 hours/pound.Large BGE
