Organic Black Angus Club Steak

I have family that raises the best organic Black Angus cattle you could ever ask for. I was gifted with some of their beef earlier this year and have been enjoying a few wonderful steaks. I was looking for something for dinner tonight when I stumbled upon this Club (Delmonico) Steak buried in the freezer.
I defrosted it and sprinkled it with sea salt, black pepper and granulated garlic. With the grid set low and the dome temp at about 450º I gave it 2 minutes a side, rotated it and gave it another 45 seconds per side. The internal temp was up to 120º so I pulled it and let it rest under foil for a couple minutes.
In summary - It was awesome! :cheer:
