Hello all.
I sure hope you all on the right coast are drying out okay!!
I took a ride to the west side market here in Cleveland and among numerous other things including a 3lb prime rib roast,Can i say delectable?? LOl I bought 3 racks of Beef ribs .I have never had them before so I looking for a good recipe to introduce this beef treat.

    Go to thesmokering.com[p]near the bottom left, there should be a link. They are a tough cut to cook, no pun intended. Remember, if they are too tough, you did not cook them long enough. [p]Good Luck!
