After making a batch of dough that I could not finish at home I put the dough in a plastic bag that sat in the back of my pick up truck on my way to work.The trip made the dough double in size than I put it in the fridge at work.Took it home with some cold beers around the dough in a cardboard box till I got home.Then sat in the fridge for two days and turned out out great.I will never try this procedure again.But here is the end result.The dough had more moisture content in it than I am accustomed to but I went with it.
