Tiki Bar distraction

The building of a tiki bar has distracted me for a couple of weeks, but it's almost done.



I still need to complete the counter top, some bar shelving and raise some of the interlock. We were looking at some moasic tiles with palm trees, fish, geckos, frogs, etc. but have been told that these tiles won't make it through the Canadian winter - oh well, back to the drawing board)

I should be back to BGE cooking sometime soon. I took a littlr break this weekend and managed to cook a lot of fish for dinner. (sea bass - which was amazing, some shark, some cod, some salmon and some scallops - everything was really great)

Snow load rating...you're freaking me out Steve...

What I can tells you is that I, my wife and her girl friend were all on one section of the roof at the same time while we installed the thatch. That would be 200 x 2 - 32 - oops sorry, that was my calculation from C to F.

I think I braced it well enough.
