Dizzy Dust

Had my 1st cook w/ Dizzy Dust yesterday. Used my homemade rub on the ribs but dusted the butts & chicken. Though I loved my rub on the ribs and also loved that they had a different taste than the pulled pork, the dust was AMAZING! The bark on the pulled pork was out of this world. I will use it on shoulders from now on... unreal...

    Did you get any ragin river?? if you get a 'vacation egg" and come to Maine with it dust them with that and sear in a cast iron skillet. YUMMY!!
