Had my 1st cook w/ Dizzy Dust yesterday. Used my homemade rub on the ribs but dusted the butts & chicken. Though I loved my rub on the ribs and also loved that they had a different taste than the pulled pork, the dust was AMAZING! The bark on the pulled pork was out of this world. I will use it on shoulders from now on... unreal...
