Flat iron cheese steak pizza?

Been up baby sitting my mastiff tonight after surgery today and thought about trying this out.My dough has been growing in the fridge for two days and wanted to try something new.Nothing was in the recipe section for cheese steak pizza.Was thinking of cooking some flat iron and slice it very thin and chop it a half inch sections. Then build the pie with sauce,cheese and shrooms.Has any one tried this with some suggestions?If not I will wing it and post photos of the finished pie.

Sounds really good. I use raw sausage and ground chuck all the time. I make sure I am getting a good amount of downward heat from the dome so the meat cooks well.
