Flanken ribs & Carne asada

Parents 1st time to our Condo and gonna light up the large :) why not, beats going to dinner and having something that I can do better here

The flankens are marinading in a Wholefoods sesame teriyaki sauce and the asada in a lemon juice and a spice blend that Stacy has came up with,
Red potatoes also will be on the menu with an abundance of Corona lights and Don Julio and Patron to complement the venue, will post pics for sure...

    Carne asada is one of my favorite's,We buy in bulk and trim,marinate and vacuum seal for later.
