Fresh Rainbow Trout "wow"

I was out fishing on Saturday with a great friend of mine and we started off the season very well with some walleye and rainbow trout.
I cooked one of the bow's tonight with a bed of lemons on a cedar plank with some crushed cashews and a balsamic honey sauce. Wow did it turn out great.
My side dish consisted of some veggies sprayed with King of the Q smoke roasted garlic grillin' oil topped off with the leftover balsamic sauce.

Yes hard to explain other than "wow".
Sweet and tangy all together really made this dish nice.
As Beli said there is nothing like fresh fish especially on the egg.

Thanks the yard would look allot better with an outdoor kitchen.
Someday I will have the time to work on it.

You are right the Lund is awesome. This is my buddy Tom's boat and there is a tonne of room for fishing and comes with all kinds of storage and live wells.
Great boat, great fishing, great cooking on the eggs, it doesn't get any better.
One day we will figure out a way to bring our eggs with us.
Ha!

Lake Erie is just starting to get hot with walleye and trout so my BGE's will be getting a fresh fish workout for a few months.
Come on up to Ontario some time and join in on the incredible fishing.
